My experience at Lufthansa has shown me how important it is.

I had the opportunity to help shape corporate health management at Lufthansa Airlines on behalf of Ray Sono. It was an exciting challenge, especially in times of budget cuts and capacity limits. But challenges also bring opportunities.

Here are some of the highlights of our project:

👉 Company fitness initiative: we prepared programmes to promote physical fitness. A real challenge, especially with tight budgets, but incredibly important for the well-being of employees.

👉 App development: Our concept for a digital health platform was an innovative approach. It was intended to provide employees with health promotion tools and raise awareness of their own health.

👉 Management workshops: These programmes promote healthy leadership and mental health. Healthy managers have a positive influence on the entire team.

👉 BGM further development: The aim was to create and standardise structures. The aim was to utilise synergies and thus achieve long-term sustainable benefits for all employees.

👉 On-site events:
As you can see in the picture, we also had a number of events at exciting locations to create awareness for BGM

👉 Setting up an editorial team:
Setting up and implementing an external editorial team on various topics across different formats.

Despite the turnaround programme, we achieved impressive results through creative approaches and dedicated teamwork.

A look into the future

Now I’m taking a short breather, finishing my training in AI and then I’ll be ready for the next project.

What experiences have you had with health programmes in companies?

Are there any areas that you think need to be improved? 🤔

I look forward to your insights and ideas!
