I'm Samet Polat,
a Founder, Program Delivery Lead, Product Owner, AI & Automation Specialist
Through Poljects I run a consulting & delivery studio that manages complex digital programmes – AI‑driven and international (Europe & MENA) – supported by a distributed network of experts. In Germany I also operate Mediapol, a delivery unit for long‑term implementation programmes in the local market.
